Upon arrival, dead roaches were spotted on the bathroom floor, raising immediate concerns about cleanliness. The room had a leaky toilet, spraying water every time it was flushed, and the pool was locked for the entire duration of my stay despite being told it would be open. I had to deal with a frustrating check-in, which took a long time, and there was a $20 deposit charge that needed to be covered by a credit card-not something I'm used to when paying with a debit card. Finally, I found it unacceptable to have a fridge in one room that didn't work, requiring a move to another room that turned out to be in even worse condition.

Cleanliness was a significant concern .

Everything was perfectly fine during 1 day, loved its amazing and great location really close to a convenient store as well as ghetto. There were comfy beds and a microwave oven, a refrigerator and a writing desk in the queen room. The hotel met my requirements.
